Every house gets its own Editera and its own database. Nothing is shared with another house.
Backed up every day: off-site, and we test restoring it. Hosted in [EU – location to confirm].
People see their rooms: roles decide who sees money, royalties and contracts. Outside readers get a link to one file, never a login.
